Nordmann Singapore manufactures high-purity acrylate and methacrylate speciality monomers for contact-lens and intraocular-lens makers at a purpose-built plant in the JTC Chemicals Hub at Tuas South, with purification, blending, re-packing, toll manufacturing and a local warehouse. ISO 9001:2015 certified, it is the production facility of Nordmann, the family-owned Hamburg chemical-distribution group founded in 1912.

Vallianz Holdings Limited

Vallianz Holdings charters and manages a fleet of 74 offshore support vessels for oil, gas and offshore-wind operators, and builds and repairs vessels through its Batam shipyard.

Eastern Pacific Shipping

Eastern Pacific Shipping manages roughly 350 vessels totalling 31 million deadweight-tonnes — dry bulk, container, gas and tanker — run entirely in-house from its Singapore headquarters by about 7,000 sea and shore staff. Commercial, technical, operations, crewing, innovation and finance sit under one roof, and the fleet has moved early into dual-fuel and alternative-fuel tonnage. Its EPS UK and CoolCo arms extend it into car-carriers and LNG.

AIMS APAC REIT

AIMS APAC REIT owns the warehouses, factories and business parks that Singapore's logistics and manufacturing companies work out of — 28 properties valued at S$2.25 billion, 25 of them in Singapore and 3 in Australia. Rooftop solar across the portfolio reached 15.46 MWp.

SP Manufacturing

SP Manufacturing is a privately held, Singapore-headquartered electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider building wire harnesses, box builds and printed circuit board assemblies for mission-critical aerospace, automotive, medical, industrial and semiconductor customers. It runs plants and offices in seven countries — Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Germany, Poland and the US — and holds ISO 13485, IATF 16949 and AS9100D.

Mikron Singapore Pte Ltd

Mikron Singapore designs and builds assembly and test automation systems for pharmaceutical and medtech manufacturers across India, Southeast Asia, South Korea, Taiwan and Japan, and is the R&D centre for the group's EcoLine assembly platform. The 60-plus-strong, ISO 9001-certified Tai Seng site is one of five production sites of Mikron Automation, the assembly-systems division of Mikron Holding AG.

Konecranes (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Konecranes (Singapore) supplies and services port and industrial lifting equipment from 33 Gul Circle, the group's Port Services hub for the Asia-Pacific region. It supplied the 12-ton container stacking cranes for the rooftop container depot at Cogent's One-Stop Logistics Hub, described by both companies as a world first. Parent Konecranes Plc reported sales of EUR 4,187.8 million in 2025.

CLEAN ENERGY & ENVIRONMENTAL

Cleantech Solar

Cleantech Solar finances, builds, owns and operates solar and wind plants for commercial and industrial customers across Asia, holding roughly 1.2 GWp of projects in operation, construction and development across seven countries from India to Vietnam. Customers pay only for the energy generated, with no upfront capital. Headquartered in Singapore, the company became wholly owned by Keppel Ltd. and Keppel-managed investors in November 2025, when Shell sold its 49 per cent stake.

FOOD MANUFACTURING & AGRITECH

Lacto Asia Pte Ltd

Lacto Asia makes commercial cheese in Singapore and trades dairy ingredients across Asia. The Singapore subsidiary of Tokyo-listed Lacto Japan runs a cheese factory at KA FoodLink and a trading desk at The Central, supplying eight cheese formats engineered to behave under specific heat — 200°C dry, 180°C oil, 100°C water — to bakeries, food manufacturers and food-service operators in ten markets. A new 6,500 m² plant is commissioning — operations from the second half of the year to November 2026, full production scheduled for the year to November 2027.

Gates PCM Construction

Gates PCM Construction builds and maintains railway track — ballasted and slab — on Singapore's MRT network, and supplies track machinery, locomotives and wagons. It holds three current LTA trackwork contracts, including R1019, a six-year programme awarded in July 2024 to replace every rail fastening system on the North-South and East-West lines. A member of Japan's JR East Group since July 2023; 280 employees at December 2022.

Puretech Engineering

Puretech Engineering is a Singapore mechanical and electrical contractor established in 1995, wiring rail depots, airport terminals, shipyards and commercial buildings. Its current book spans four LTA rail contracts — Kim Chuan Depot, Hume Station, the Sengkang-Punggol LRT depot and Tengah Depot — plus the Shaw Tower redevelopment and the Mandai Lake Road resort development, and it fabricates switchboards and control panels rated to 22kV.

Halcon Primo Logistics

Halcon Primo Logistics is a Singapore-headquartered logistics group founded in 2003, running 838,000-plus sq ft of bonded, non-bonded and automated warehousing — including an owned seven-hectare zero-GST bonded hub — plus air, ocean and cross-border road freight, project logistics and customs brokerage. Its NVOCC arm, Vega Orient Line, operates 800 containers in the Intra-Asia trade. Offices in Singapore, Malaysia and China; ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified, bizSAFE Star.

SAF-HOLLAND Singapore

SAF-HOLLAND Singapore is the Singapore arm of SAF-HOLLAND SE, the Frankfurt-listed chassis-component group with FY2025 sales of EUR 1,734.4 million. Its local entity, York Transport Equipment (Asia) Pte Ltd, has headquartered the York trailer-axle brand since the group acquired it in 2018, supplying trailer axles of 10 to 20 tonnes, suspensions, fifth wheels, kingpins and landing gear to trailer builders and fleets across Asia-Pacific.
