Almost none of this work happens inside a data hall. It runs in Tuas factories and plant rooms — nine switchgear manufacturers, ten cooling specialists, and the submarine-cable ships crewed from Singapore.

Most of the supply-chain work happens in factories, workshops, plant rooms and control spaces — in Tuas and across the island — rather than inside the closed data halls.
