The shape is two-sided and honest to state: the standalone, dedicated plumbing-and-sanitary specialist set is genuinely modest — a tail of owner-run SMEs (Sin Hong Yong, ANS, Eng Chin Hang, Feng, Ideal) that self-perform PUB-licensed water and sanitary works, mostly at L4–L5, many without a strong web presence.
