The SGX Mainboard-listed trust let space to 183 tenants in the financial year ended 31 March 2026, drew gross revenue of S$190.7 million, and cut aggregate leverage to 26.8%. Rooftop solar across the portfolio reached 15.46 MWp.

Halcon Primo Logistics is a Singapore-headquartered logistics group founded in 2003, running 838,000-plus sq ft of bonded, non-bonded and automated warehousing — including an owned seven-hectare zero-GST bonded hub — plus air, ocean and cross-border road freight, project logistics and customs brokerage. ISO 9001:2015 certified, it is the production facility of Nordmann, the family-owned Hamburg chemical-distribution group with 2024 turnover of about €517 million.
