Air Liquide Singapore (SOXAL)
Operates six air-separation plants on Jurong Island integrated through more than 200 km of pipeline with capacity around 4,200 tons/day of oxygen, nitrogen and argon. Runs a world-scale hydrogen plant producing 100,000 nm3/h plus three high-purity hydrogen plants, a food-grade CO2 and dry-ice facility, and an Electronics Specialty Materials Centre producing high-purity electronic gases for fabs. Trades as SOXAL — Singapore Oxygen Air Liquide.

Air Products Singapore Industrial Gases
Runs production at Sakra and Senoko and maintains an air-separation unit plus an extended pipeline network from Sakra to Tembusu on Jurong Island serving petrochemical customers. Its Senoko facility supplies helium and specialty gases into electronics, analytical, refining and offshore sectors. A wholly owned subsidiary of Air Products.

AP Oil International
A homegrown, SGX-listed blender — the first Singaporean-owned lubricant plant — running three blending plants (two in Singapore, one in Vietnam) plus two specialty-chemical plants, making automotive, industrial and marine lubricants and greases under the AP Oil and SINO brands and supplying base oils and specialty lubricants to around 20 countries.

Asahi Kasei Synthetic Rubber Singapore
A solution styrene-butadiene rubber (S-SBR) plant in the Tembusu district for fuel-efficient tyres, rated at about 130 kt a year; a related Asahi Kasei Plastics operation compounds engineering plastics at Sakra.

Aster Chemicals and Energy
The former Shell Pulau Bukom refinery and Jurong Island Energy & Chemicals Park — a 300,000-barrel-a-day refinery with a 1.1-million-tonne ethylene cracker — now owned and operated by CAPGC, a Chandra Asri and Glencore joint venture, after Shell’s exit. Produces transport fuels, base oils, bitumen and base chemicals; Aster Polymer Solutions makes polyethylene resins.

It runs two Gul Road yards with combined land area over 140,000 m2, expanded via the Exterran Offshore yard to push waterfront past 680 m and add split-module construction, with growing hydrogen and ammonia piping work. ExxonMobil (Singapore)
Runs Singapore's largest refining-and-chemicals complex on Jurong Island (Pioneer Road and Pulau Ayer Chawan) at 592,000 barrels a day, integrated with a 1.9-million-tonne-a-year ethylene steam cracker, the world's largest lubricant base-oil plant (about 51,900 barrels a day of Group II) and around 440 MW of cogeneration, plus a large fuels-and-feedstocks supply-and-trading function and a resid-upgrade facility making specialty base stocks.

A long-established process-plant EPC and fabrication contractor for oil, gas and petrochemical clients, based at Tuas with a regional Asia-Pacific presence. Provides plant maintenance, turnaround and shutdown services; fabricates pressure vessels, heat exchangers, process modules and gas compressors; and builds onshore tank farms, terminals and gas-metering facilities. Both an EPC contractor and a fabricator, with a track record on Jurong Island and regional LNG and petrochemical facilities.

A major Singapore EPC and construction contractor with a large completed-project base across refineries, petrochemical, power and desalination plants. Runs two pipe and pipe-support fabrication workshops (Singapore and Thailand) handling super-duplex stainless piping, spool fit-up, welding and blasting and painting, plus mechanical erection of turbines, generators and HRSGs.

Linde Gas Singapore
Operates one of the largest and most complex integrated hydrogen and carbon-monoxide (syngas) facilities in Asia on Jurong Island, alongside an air-separation plant and a 100 tons/day liquid CO2 plant. Supplies across all modes — cylinder, drum tank, bulk and on-site/pipeline — plus an Enhanced Electronics Specialty Gas supply chain. A ~USD 1.4 billion investment quadrupled its hydrogen and synthesis-gas capacity to supply ExxonMobil's integrated manufacturing complex.

Scope spans ASME-stamped pressure-vessel and piping fabrication, static and rotating equipment, storage-tank and terminal services, and electrical and instrumentation; peak turnaround mobilisation runs into the thousands of workers.
