Industrial lubricants manufacturers and suppliers in Singapore

A homegrown, SGX-listed blender — the first Singaporean-owned lubricant plant — running three blending plants (two in Singapore, one in Vietnam) plus two specialty-chemical plants, making automotive, industrial and marine lubricants and greases under the AP Oil and SINO brands and supplying base oils and specialty lubricants to around 20 countries.

The former Shell Pulau Bukom refinery and Jurong Island Energy & Chemicals Park — a 300,000-barrel-a-day refinery with a 1.1-million-tonne ethylene cracker — now owned and operated by CAPGC, a Chandra Asri and Glencore joint venture, after Shell’s exit. Produces transport fuels, base oils, bitumen and base chemicals; Aster Polymer Solutions makes polyethylene resins.

A Jurong Pier Road blending plant making automotive, industrial and marine lubricants and transmission fluids, with tankage linked to Jurong Port.

Runs Singapore's largest refining-and-chemicals complex on Jurong Island (Pioneer Road and Pulau Ayer Chawan) at 592,000 barrels a day, integrated with a 1.9-million-tonne-a-year ethylene steam cracker, the world's largest lubricant base-oil plant (about 51,900 barrels a day of Group II) and around 440 MW of cogeneration, plus a large fuels-and-feedstocks supply-and-trading function and a resid-upgrade facility making specialty base stocks.

Runs its Tuas Lube Park plant at up to 430 million litres a year (around 390 kt) — Shell’s third-largest lubricants plant worldwide, over half marine lubricants and grease — a principal global trading hub from Singapore across crude, products, LNG and gas, and, after its acquisition of Pavilion Energy, a leading Singapore LNG trading, supply and marine-bunkering portfolio.

A Tuas Lube Park plant rated at about 100 kt a year of finished lubricants — Sinopec’s regional overseas lubricants production base.

Its Tuas Lube Park plant is TotalEnergies’ single largest lubricant blending plant worldwide at 310 kt a year (automotive, industrial and marine), with on-site solar; it also runs its Asian oil, products and LNG trading from Singapore.

A homegrown Tuas Drive 2 blender rated at 170 kt a year with around 30 kt of base-oil storage, making passenger-car, diesel, industrial, marine and metalworking fluids and greases; ISO 9001/14001 and API-licensed. Repsol holds a 40% stake.
