    An environmental consultancy operating in Singapore and Malaysia across environmental assessment and monitoring for industrial and development clients.

  3. Cesco

    An NEA Toxic Industrial Waste collector providing hazardous-waste collection, treatment and disposal for industrial clients.

  4. Chemtron

    A hazardous and chemical waste treatment specialist and NEA Toxic Industrial Waste collector, offering solvent recovery and industrial waste treatment.

  5. Cimelia Resource Recovery

    An e-waste and IT-asset-disposition (ITAD) specialist: secure data destruction, precious-metal recovery and refining, and battery and white-goods recycling. R2, ISO 9001/14001/45001, NEA-approved and WMRAS-certified.

  6. CITIC Envirotech

    A membrane-based water and wastewater treatment group using MBR built on Memstar hollow-fibre membrane, with a portfolio of municipal and industrial treatment plants across China and Singapore delivered on BOT/TOT models. Formerly United Envirotech.

  7. Colex Holdings

    Provides commercial and industrial waste removal, public and recycling collection, and operates a material recovery facility. ISO 9001/14001 and bizSAFE certified. A subsidiary of Bonvests Holdings.

  8. Cora Environment

    The NEA public waste collector for the City-Punggol and Clementi-Bukit Merah sectors, serving around 450,000 households and premises; runs recyclables, garden and bulky-waste collection, Cash-for-Trash stations and material recovery. Recently backed by a ~S$200m growth investment. Formerly SembWaste / Sembcorp Environment.

  9. CPG Consultants

    A Singapore-headquartered multidisciplinary engineering and architecture consultancy (formerly the government's PWD) with an environmental and sustainability engineering capability serving public infrastructure and development projects.

  10. Darco Water Technologies

    Designs, fabricates, installs and commissions engineered water-purification and wastewater-treatment systems using membrane and ion-exchange technologies, with municipal and power-sector projects and O&M and resin-regeneration services.

  11. De.mem

    An ASX-listed maker of ultrafiltration PES hollow-fibre membranes with graphene oxide, and PVDF-AG membranes, from a Singapore base at Tuas South, targeting industrial water and wastewater and decentralised treatment.

  12. ECO Special Waste Management

    An NEA-licensed toxic and hazardous industrial waste collector and treatment specialist covering chemical, clinical and special wastes; part of the ECO Industrial Environmental Engineering group.

  13. ESC (Environmental Solutions Consultancy)

    A Singapore-based EHS and sustainability consultancy, an NEA-approved consultant qualified for pollution-control studies, quantitative risk assessment and site investigation and remediation; also delivers EIA, air-quality and noise management, and carbon and sustainability studies.

  14. Keppel

    An SGX-listed asset manager and operator whose infrastructure arm spans three clean-energy capabilities. In solar, Keppel Renewable Energy develops solar and cross-border clean-power, progressing an Indonesia-to-Singapore electricity import licence. In water, Keppel Seghers built and operates the 137,000 m3/day Keppel Marina East Desalination Plant and delivered the 162,800 m3/day Ulu Pandan NEWater upgrade. In waste, it runs the ~2,310 t/day Senoko and ~800 t/day Keppel Seghers Tuas waste-to-energy plants, together treating close to half of Singapore's incinerable waste.

  15. Memsift Innovations

    Developed a thermal membrane-distillation zero-liquid-discharge (ZLD) system built on a highly hydrophobic hollow-fibre membrane for high-saline effluent from electroplating, semiconductor, chemical, pharma and oil-and-gas processes. Technology partnership with Syensqo (Solvay).

  16. Memstar

    A Singapore-based manufacturer of PVDF hollow-fibre membranes for MBR and water-treatment use, and the membrane-production arm of CITIC Envirotech. One of the indigenous membrane makers.

  17. Moya Holdings Asia

    An SGX-listed Singapore-headquartered operator of one of Indonesia's largest municipal water-treatment portfolios, with total treatment capacity of roughly 14,000 litres/second serving over three million residents in Greater Jakarta.

  18. Nano Sun

    Built Singapore's first 3D-printing plant for water-filtration membranes, producing nanofibre membranes for water and wastewater treatment and MBR applications. One of the indigenous membrane makers.

  19. Sembcorp Industries

    An SGX-listed energy and urban-solutions group, and Singapore's largest solar owner-operator — over 535 MWp locally across rooftop, ground-mount and floating, including the 60 MWp Tengeh Reservoir floating farm and the won 86 MWp Pandan Reservoir tender, with SolarNova tranches awarded. In water, it operates the Sembcorp NEWater Plant at Changi, Singapore's fifth and largest (~228,000 m3/day), and multiple energy-efficient MBR industrial-wastewater and reclamation plants including on Jurong Island.

  20. TuasOne

    Singapore's newest and most land-efficient waste-to-energy plant at 3,600 tonnes/day, generating up to around 120 MW. Built as a Hyflux-Mitsubishi Heavy Industries project; MHI took full ownership and provides operations and maintenance under a 25-year agreement.
