2. Applied Total Control Treatment (ATC)

   The deepest independent special-process breadth in Singapore, Nadcap-accredited across four individual special processes with 13 Nadcap Merit Awards, plus AS9100 and CAAS SAR 145 (D1 and D2). Its one-roof scope spans electroplating (nickel, hard chrome, cadmium, tin, gold, silver, zinc), anodising, chemical processing, passivation, chromate conversion and phosphating, spray and powder painting and dry-film lubricants, NDT, and ISO 5/6 cleanroom ultrasonic cleaning. 3. Collins Aerospace (RTX)

   A global Tier-1 aerostructures and systems supplier to Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer and Gulfstream. It is building a new US$250 million manufacturing facility at Seletar Aerospace Park (production from 2028) for aerospace-component design, development and production; its existing Singapore presence includes Goodrich aerostructures and nacelle operations.

4. Component Aerospace Singapore (CAS)

   A combustor, fuel-nozzle and tube repair-and-overhaul specialist covering PW4000, PW2000, V2500 and CFM56 engines: complete overhaul, repair and modification of combustion chambers, fuel nozzles, turbine-stage assemblies, ducting and manifolds. A Pratt & Whitney / SIA Engineering joint venture, based at Seletar Aerospace View.

5. Eagle Services Asia

   Pratt & Whitney's Singapore Engine Center, a joint venture owned 51% by Pratt & Whitney and 49% by SIA Engineering. It overhauls PW4000 and GE90 engines and has inducted the new-generation geared turbofan (PW1100G), with deep in-house repair including full PW4000 high-pressure-compressor drum and sync-ring repair. The site has passed a 7,600-engine overhaul milestone.

6. GE Aerospace (Singapore)

   Handles more than 60% of GE Aerospace's global repair volume from three Singapore plants employing over 2,400 people: Plant 23 and Plant 62 at Loyang repair turbine blades, nozzles, combustors, compressor blades and vanes; Plant 46 at Seletar produces high-pressure compressor components and is expanding into module repair. Covers GE90, GE9X, GEnx, CF6, CFM56, CF34 and CFM LEAP and industrial LM2500/LM6000, and pioneered additive repair of jet-engine components.

8. JEP Precision Engineering

   A precision sub-contractor at Seletar Aerospace Park supplying machined products to the aerospace, oil & gas, electronics and machine-tool industries, and complex, high-tolerance precision engineering for semiconductor-equipment OEMs. Its aerospace line manufactures engine casings for passenger airliners in titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminium and composites on CNC 5-axis milling and grinding.

9. Nyalt Precision

10. Pratt & Whitney (Singapore)

    Beyond its Eagle Services Asia engine centre and component and coating joint ventures, Pratt & Whitney has ramped geared-turbofan component aftermarket repair in Singapore, and Pratt & Whitney Canada has launched full overhaul for the PT6C-67C turboshaft (Leonardo AW139) with a new modular test cell and extended PW100/PW127XT turboprop overhaul (ATR 42/72) — a cornerstone of its Asia-Pacific network. Its Seletar advanced-manufacturing plant also produces critical GTF engine components — hybrid metallic fan blades and high-pressure turbine discs.

11. Praxair Surface Technologies (Linde) — Singapore

    The Singapore arm, a Linde company, of the world's largest thermal-spray and high-performance coatings group. The local site is registered for protective coatings, electroplating and thermal spray; globally the group is the reference name in aviation HVOF, plasma spray, diffusion and thermal-barrier coatings and holds the broadest OEM airframe and engine approvals in the sector.

13. Rolls-Royce (Seletar Campus)

    Rolls-Royce's Asia-Pacific manufacturing and support hub, a 154,000 sqm campus at Seletar Aerospace Park. Home of Fan Blade Singapore, the global lead facility for the patented hollow titanium wide-chord fan blade, plus an engine test facility, a regional training centre and the Civil Aerospace Asia-Pacific customer-service team. 14. SIA Engineering – Safran CFM LEAP MRO JV

    A forthcoming joint venture, Safran Aircraft Engines 51% and SIA Engineering 49%, building a state-of-the-art LEAP-1A/1B overhaul facility on SIAEC's existing engine-services site at Changi North, expanding shop-visit capacity beyond today's quick-turn work.

15. SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC)

    Singapore's largest home-grown MRO group and the anchor shareholder across the engine-joint-venture network (SAESL, Eagle Services Asia, Turbine Coating Services, Component Aerospace Singapore). Its own Engine Services line covers change, test, preservation, defect rectification, boroscope work and Quick Turn shop visits across GE (GE90/GEnx/CF6), CFMI (CFM56/LEAP), IAE V2500, Rolls-Royce Trent/RB211 and P&W PW2000/4000, with test cells for Trent, GP7200, LEAP-1A, PW4000 and GE90 at Changi.

16. Singapore Aero Engine Services (SAESL)

    The world's largest Rolls-Royce Trent engine-overhaul operation, a 50/50 joint venture of Rolls-Royce and SIA Engineering. It uniquely supports all Trent variants (500, 700, 800, 900, 1000, XWB), overhauls over 300 Trent engines a year with a workforce above 1,000, runs a dedicated engine test facility, and performs component repair on over 80% of the engine through five accredited Centres of Excellence. 17. Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing (SAM) / Avitron

    A long-established precision manufacturer specialising in precision machining of niche aerospace products with complex geometry and tailor-made OEM engineering solutions for aircraft applications; named customers include Collins Aerospace, Bombardier, Airbus and Boeing. Singapore aerospace operations (including Avitron at Tuas) plus a facility in Northern Ireland.

18. ST Engineering (Aerospace)

    A major independent MRO and Singapore's largest home-grown aerospace group. The first independent provider in Asia to join CFM's authorised LEAP network as a Premier MRO; it services CFM LEAP-1A/1B, CFM56-5B/7B and military and turboshaft lines. In-house capabilities include automated fan-abradable repair, HVOF thermal-spray coating, high-pressure water-jet cleaning and precision grinding, alongside broad component MRO for more than twenty OEMs. Its Aerostructures & Systems arm also designs and builds nacelle systems, thrust reversers, cowls and specialised aerostructures.
