Gates PCM Construction Ltd is a Singapore railway trackwork contractor: new-build track laying and linking in ballasted and slab (ballastless) systems, track renewal and maintenance, and the supply of track machinery, locomotives and wagons. It holds three current LTA contracts — R150 (depot track renewal, in joint venture with Porr Bau GmbH), C850E (Circle Line 6 and North East Line extension trackside works) and R1019, a six-year programme awarded in July 2024 to replace all rail fastening systems on the North-South and East-West lines with Arup Singapore as design partner. A mix of brownfield track renewal inside existing operational depots and greenfield construction of the new turnback track at the Pasir Ris overrun.

### Contract C850E — trackwork for Circle Line 6 and North East Line extensions (Land Transport Authority)

Integrate new extensions into the live network — Circle Line 6 and its depot extension, and the North East Line mainline and depot extension.
