generated under long-term power purchase agreements. The Singapore-
headquartered company holds roughly 1.2 GWp of projects in operation,
construction and development across India, Singapore, Cambodia, Indonesia,
Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, for customers including Cargill, First
Solar, Saint-Gobain and Kuehne + Nagel. Keppel Ltd. and Keppel-managed
investors took full ownership in November 2025 after acquiring Shell's 49

## Capabilities

- **Rooftop solar PV** — Design, financing, construction and operation of rooftop solar photovoltaic plants for commercial and industrial sites, from 800 kWp single-roof systems in Singapore to multi-site corporate programmes.
- **Ground-mount and floating solar PV** — Ground-mounted and floating solar photovoltaic plants for C&I customers, including 10 MWp of floating solar for Cargill in Thailand and open-access parks using single-axis trackers.

## Projects

### Kuehne + Nagel Singapore logistics hub rooftop solar (Kuehne + Nagel)

Power a 50,000 sqm built-to-suit logistics hub at Pioneer Crescent with on-site renewable energy, without the client owning or operating the plant.

Outcome: Generates over 1,000 MWh a year, expected to cover around 20 per cent of the facility's electricity requirements.
